12/10 would recommend over and over again. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, from novice, intermediate or even expert. Jenna provides not only excellent routines and but is extremely kind and will help you out with what ever problems you may face along your journey. She will gladly take into consideration what your likes and dislikes are. Everyone is not the same and Jenna goes out of her way time and time again to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible during your workouts. Whether you choose to go through her online training or the privilege to train with her one on one in person, I assure you you won’t regret it. I myself have had the privilege of getting to know Jenna and she’s more than fantastic. I chose the online route due to my strenuous work schedule but with her routines I saw progress I only dreamt of. I started my journey with Jenna in early February and I remember doing bench (one of my favorites) and only being able to do about 8 reps with 35s on each side. It’s now been over 8 months now and I warm up on bench with 45s. I had made it my goal to join the 200 club and now I have. With my personal best being 208 lbs! If you are starting with little to no experience I highly recommend doing her in person training, and I say this because to do the online training, you must be your own boss and hold yourself accountable. No one will be there to get you out of bed or after work give you the words of encouragement to go to the gym. You must want it! Even with Jenna providing all the routines and tools, you must be the one to put in that work if you want to see results. If you want someone who will point you in the right direction and take you through the right doors then Jenna is your girl! But I’ll reiterate it must be YOU who walks through that door! Challenge yourself to not give up! There will be rough patches along your journey, but before you know it. You’ll be living a happier and healthier life!

Testimonials
I can only imagine how many people out there have tried to start a fitness routine so they can achieve certain goals of theirs. I wasn’t a stranger to this idea either and have tried many times before coming to Jenna. The difference Jenna made led me through this personal obstacle of mine that I have been facing for years. She introduced me to the idea that my fitness routine should be defined by no one other than myself and helped me define it by providing the necessary knowledge and motivation. I lost 10 pounds under her direct guidance in just a few months. I still follow the same principle that Jenna has taught me years ago: shaping my fitness goals around my own limits and taking the leaps when I build enough confidence.
Jenna is an amazing personal trainer. I look forward to our workouts every week. She is tough but fair, and does an amazing amount of research to make sure that she is helping you progress safely and efficiently. She isn’t afraid to push you and the workouts are so fun that you are having fun, even while cursing her name. When I found out that I was pregnant, Jenna immediately implemented all of the ACOG recommendations for working out safely and I am confident that I can stay happy, healthy, and in shape during this pregnancy… although that shape will ultimately be round. I know that with Jenna’s support I will bounce back quicker and better than ever.
