4 Week Custom Training Plan

Price: $100 (one time payment)

This plan includes a thorough initial consultation, access to the fully serviced My PT Hub app (available on mobile & desktop), program design and implementation updated weekly, access to video demonstration of movements through the app, intro assessments and instructions, instant messaging for accountability, basic nutritional guidance*, weekly check-ins via chat / email / phone and/or video for added accountability and form requests, 4 week follow-up assessments.

As an online client, you will be required to send in weekly check-in notes to be reviewed by the trainer. If you do not send in your weekly notes, your workout delivery will be delayed.

*It is out of my scope of practice as a CPT to provide customized meal plans; however, I can work with you on general nutritional guidance to point you in the right direction! If you think you may need more personalized help with nutrition, I am happy to refer you to a Registered Dietitian.
