I can only imagine how many people out there have tried to start a fitness routine so they can achieve certain goals of theirs. I wasn’t a stranger to this idea either and have tried many times before coming to Jenna. The difference Jenna made led me through this personal obstacle of mine that I have been facing for years. She introduced me to the idea that my fitness routine should be defined by no one other than myself and helped me define it by providing the necessary knowledge and motivation. I lost 10 pounds under her direct guidance in just a few months. I still follow the same principle that Jenna has taught me years ago: shaping my fitness goals around my own limits and taking the leaps when I build enough confidence.
